We operate from 6,000sq ft Saleroom premises in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and hold monthly Collective Auction Sales on behalf of various Clients. Professional Hauliers and Removal Companies can be organised in the removal of Assets to the Saleroom premises.

Where applicable we are able to conduct Auction Sales on our Clients premises.

AMS has been holding regular auction sales for 16 years and sells in excess of 15,000 lots every year!!

AMS can now offer additional on-line facilities for internet UK and international buyers who cannot attend at the Sale Venue. If you are unable to attend the Sale you are able to leave an absentee bid and AMS will bid up to your maximum bid on your behalf. If you are successful then AMS will contact you to arrange payment and collection.

With an established database of buyers and regular advertising activities, AMS can offer extremely competitive commission rates and packed sale rooms.

Where appropriate, particularly with high value, specialist Plant and Machinery items can be offered for sale by Tender which enables the Client to achieve maximum realisation via written sealed bids. Once again, where applicable we are able to conduct Tender Sales on our Clients premises

Assets are available for Sale by negotiation between two parties and involve offering Assets for sale at a pre-determined price on behalf of Clients. This situation can occur when AMS are acting on behalf of major financial institutions, or indeed private clients who require an efficient sale at arms length. AMS can negotiate on an agreed price and then oversee the decommissioning and removal of assets from the clients premises.

Once again this route is a useful tool in order to maximise the sale realisation of an asset in the most cost effective manner.

Advice can be provided in order to maximize the Potential Realisation Price of our Clients Assets. We are able to offer various methods of disposal including sale by Public Auction, Tender or Private Treaty.

ASSET TAGGING

Once goods have been valued they can be clearly identified with non removable tags, asset tagging at the time of valuation reduces errors and ensures your asset records are accurately constructed. This can be discussed at the time of the site visit and is dependent upon the equipment included in the inventory.
