• Viewing: Friday 16th and Monday 19th March 2018, 11am-5pm. Buyers are advised to inspect any Lot for which they intend to bid. All visitors attending onsite are required to comply with Health & Safety regulations.
• Sale to be held on: Tuesday 20th March 2018, 9:30am prompt.
• Payment and Collection: By no later than 1pm on Friday 23rd March 2018.
• Storage Charges: The Buyer shall be liable for a late payment/storage charge of £25.00 plus V.A.T. per Lot per day (whether or not the Lot has been paid for) starting from the date stipulated in the "Key Terms" and continuing until the Lot is removed or sold. The Lots purchased will not be released to the Buyer or any Third Party until this charge is paid in full.
• Please Note: Your highest bid will be treated as a valid bid even if at the time of placing it the Reserve is not met. Vendors regularly ask us to reduce Reserves.

• I agree to enter the Auction site at my own risk , will adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and will not take any unnecessary risks which might cause injury to myself or others while at the premises. This will also apply to any persons representing me or my company.
• I agree not to take any unnecessary risks with regards to manual handling or movement of any lots/items onsite. Any such activities will be taken at my own risk.
• Where a preferred contractor is not provided by AMS I agree and am fully responsible for only using suitably qualified contractors for any works/movement of equipment onsite . These contractors will be covered by full public liability insurance.
